This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: As long as it fits in!
Fourthwalling: Pretty much okay!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm pretty okay with handling most things, but checking in a PM first never hurts.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Yep! Just don't expect him to like it much in most situations, unless he's comfortable with you.
Kissing this character: Yes, again! But chances are good that he won't take it well. Unless there's been some kind of build-up to it.
Flirting with this character: Please do! He'll either be way embarrassed or miss it completely, though.
Fighting with this character: Verbal arguments are probably bound to happen. Physically, you're welcome to go for it, but uh, he'll probably run away.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Light injuries should be okay, but maybe check first with something more severe.
Killing this character: Definitely check first. Death is messy, paperwork to fill out...
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sounds pretty good, though it'd be a good idea to at least touch bases so you don't have to godmod what he's thinking??
Warnings: If he's being mean, I promise it's not personal! He's just a brat sometimes. If it is bothering you, though, please feel free to bring it up in PM or on the HMD post!
He can also be flip-floppy and nervous about growing too close to people, and he lies a lot because he's in denial about everything.
